Bridging the Gap is a collaborative workforce initiative designed to strengthen connections between local businesses and students. This program fosters meaningful engagement by promoting work-based learning opportunities and encouraging direct communication between employers and the educators preparing our future workforce.

By aligning classroom learning with real-world industry needs, Bridging the Gap helps create a smoother transition from school to career — ensuring students are better prepared, and businesses are better supported.
