Prior to joining SWBC, Jayne served as HR Operations Director for a healthcare research company, where she oversaw the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition and development, compensation, employee engagement, retention, and employee relations. Her extensive experience provides valuable insight for businesses looking to strengthen their HR practices and support their workforce.
